2027 PJL Rider Draft Declaration Terms and Conditions By accepting these 2027 PJL Rider Draft Declaration Terms and Conditions (these "Terms"), and in exchange for the opportunity to be included on the Eligible Rider List for the 2027 PJL Season, I confirm and agree as follows: 1. Rider Pack. I confirm that I have received and reviewed the PJL Rider Pack distributed to me on or about [●] (the "Rider Pack"). 2. Draft Declaration. I hereby submit my name for participation in the 2027 PJL Rider Selection Process, as described in the Rider Pack. 3. Good Faith Team Discussions. I understand that a PJL team may draft or otherwise select me as part of the 2027 PJL Rider Selection Process. If I am selected, I agree to engage in good faith discussions with that team regarding a rider agreement for the 2027 PJL Season. 4. No Guarantee of Selection. I understand that declaring for the 2027 PJL Rider Selection Process, including the PJL rider draft, does not guarantee that I will be selected by a PJL team or that I will have the opportunity to participate in the 2027 PJL Season. 5. No Guarantee of Terms. I understand that except for the Minimum Contract Values described in the Rider Pack, the PJL does not guarantee any particular compensation, benefits, team placement, rider agreement terms, or participation opportunity, and that any such terms will be negotiated directly with the applicable PJL team. Each PJL team is responsible for complying with League Rules, including the Minimum Contract Values, as may be applicable. 6. No Obligation to Sign Without Agreement. I understand that selection by a PJL team does not, by itself, create an employment, contractor, rider, or other services agreement. My participation on any PJL team will be subject to reaching and signing a separate written rider agreement with that team. 7. Rider Agreement. I understand that, if selected and if I enter into a rider agreement with a PJL team, such rider agreement may include rights grants and other terms similar to those described in these Terms and the Rider Pack. 8. Process Changes. I understand that PJL may modify the format, timing, procedures, eligibility criteria, or other aspects of the 2027 Rider Selection Process in accordance with PJL and FEI rules and requirements. 9. Sharing Information with Teams. I agree that PJL may share my name, contact information, biographical information, competition history, ranking information, horse availability, photographs, video, and other rider-related materials with PJL teams, team owners, and their representatives in connection with the 2027 Rider Selection Process. 10. Use of Name, Image, and Likeness. I grant PJL and its designees the right to use my name, image, likeness, biography, competition history, photographs, video, and other identifying information in connection with the 2027 Rider Selection Process, the PJL rider draft, and related media, marketing, promotional, livestream, broadcast, team owner, and informational materials. 11. Public Draft Materials. I understand and agree that PJL may publish or otherwise publicize the names of riders who have accepted these Terms and declared for the 2027 Rider Selection Process, including in connection with draft announcements, rider lists, team owner materials, livestreams, media coverage, and promotional content. 12. Selection Announcement. If I am selected by a PJL team, I agree that PJL and the selecting team may publicly announce my selection and use my name, image, likeness, biography, and competition history in connection with that announcement and related promotional materials. 13. Requested Materials. I agree to reasonably cooperate with PJL's requests for biographical information, photographs, video, and other materials needed to promote and administer the 2027 Rider Selection Process and related draft activities. 14. Communications. I agree that PJL may contact me and/or my authorized representative regarding the 2027 Rider Selection Process, the PJL rider draft, team interest, rider agreement discussions, and related PJL matters. 15. Privacy. I acknowledge that PJL may collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process my personal information in connection with the 2027 Rider Selection Process, including for eligibility, administration, communications, team evaluation, media, promotional, and compliance purposes, in accordance with PJL's applicable privacy notice. 16. Additional Releases. I agree to complete any additional waivers, releases, or confirmations that PJL reasonably requests to confirm or give effect to the rights and permissions described in these Terms. 17. League Rules. I agree to comply with all PJL rules, policies, procedures, and requirements applicable to the 2027 Rider Selection Process and, to the extent I am selected and sign a rider agreement subject to League Rules that are provided to me, the 2027 PJL Season.
