Neil Moffitt brings over 30 years of global entertainment and hospitality leadership to The PJL. Neil has built some of the world's most recognisable entertainment brands such as Hakkasan Group, where he served as Group CEO, Godskitchen and Global Gathering, which grew into Europe's largest electronic music festival. In parallel, Neil founded and sold Angel Management Group, a Las Vegas based festival and entertainment business, which became one of the largest non-gaming hospitality companies. A lifelong equestrian enthusiast, Neil has channelled this same entrepreneurial spirit into the sport. Neil has seen great success in his ownership of Poden Farms, EAM Equestrian, and the world-class London Knights showjumping team, who won the inaugural Global Champions League as Valkenswaard UTD in 2016, and then back-to-back Championships in 2018 and 2019, as well as the Prague Playoffs in 2021.

Nick McCabe has over 25 years of experience in global entertainment and hospitality leadership. As the former CEO of Pacha Group and Hakkasan Group, he has overseen the international growth of both companies' brand portfolios. He has managed over 60 international venues across four continents, specializing in premium event production, brand development, and strategic expansion.

Nickoluas von Doetinchem is a senior sports industry executive with over 20 years of international leadership experience. He has held executive positions at SPORTFIVE, OneFootball and Legends, as well as founding and scaling UFA Sports. Over the course of his career, he has collaborated with leading sports organisations including FIFA, UEFA, Bundesliga, La Liga, IOC and ATP. A recognised global expert in sports media, he has also focused his work on venue commercialization, digital business models, and international growth.

Stephen Singer is an accomplished hospitality and gaming executive who most recently served as CFO of Fontainebleau Las Vegas, where he oversaw operational strategy, financial reporting, and profitability for the luxury resort’s $3.7 billion development. With over a decade of leadership experience across finance and strategic development, Stephen has previously held executive roles at Reef Capital Partners (COO & CFO), The Drew Las Vegas (Chief Strategy Officer), Paragon Gaming, and The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas
ZAHIR RAHMAN
General Counsel
Zahir Rahman is a sports executive who most recently served as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of the NFL’s Las Vegas Raiders. In that role, he oversaw day-to-day legal and business affairs, including matters related to team operations and Allegiant Stadium. He played a key role in the Raiders’ business transition from Oakland to Las Vegas and was instrumental in helping secure, support and execute major events including Super Bowl LVIII. Prior to joining the Raiders, Zahir practiced law at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom and Covington & Burling, focusing on sports-related transactions and corporate matters.

Robert Occhialini is an award-winning technology executive specialising in sports, media, and digital innovation. Most recently as CTO of the World Surf League, Robert led global product and engineering teams spanning direct-to-consumer platforms, live event technology, and fan engagement across web, mobile, and connected TV. During his tenure, he modernised the league's technology stack, expanded its streaming capabilities, and co-created the Apple Watch Surfer App — a first-of-its-kind wearable delivering real-time scoring to athletes and competition data to fans. Earlier in his career, Robert held senior technology and product roles across NBA digital platforms and large-scale esports competitions.

Chief Equestrian Advisor
Lisa Lazarus is a renowned leader in equestrian sports integrity, who brings over 20 years of global sports and legal expertise. As the former General Counsel and later Chief of Business Development and Strategy at the global governing body for horse sport, the Fédération Equestre Internationale (FEI), she later established and led the Equestrian Practice at Morgan Sports Law, representing athletes, owners, and trainers in international disputes. Additionally, Lisa spent almost a decade at the National Football League (NFL) as Senior Legal Counsel, and today, alongside the FEI, she will continue her role as CEO of the Horseracing Integrity and Safety Authority (HISA), where she champions the health and safety of both riders and horses.

Emma Waters spent the last seven years at Morgan Sports Law, most recently as Head of the Equestrian Services team and head of the New York branch. Emma’s deep experience in the equestrian world covers anti-doping / disciplinary disputes before national and international governing bodies, equestrian specific contractual negotiations, and regulatory advice. She represented a variety of high net-worth / high-profile individuals, including heads of state and several national equestrian foundations.

Kelly Hogarth is an award-winning PR and communications leader with extensive experience developing high-impact campaigns across global sport and entertainment. Recognised for curating and delivering Marcus Rashford’s End Child Food Poverty initiative — PR Week’s Campaign of the Decade — Kelly specialises in strategic storytelling, brand development, media relations, and culturally attuned audience engagement. Her work spans major sports teams, leagues, and elite athletes, including AC Milan, the Baltimore Ravens, Raheem Sterling, and Xavi Simons. Beyond sport, Kelly has led significant public affairs programmes, shaping national policy and partnering closely with Government.

Spike has an extensive music industry background, having spent 25 years working in the industry. During his career Spike has covered a wide variety of roles including Promoters Rep, Stage Manager, Tour Manager, Production Manager, Promoter, Artist Manager and Theatre Producer to name but a few. When not working Spike is a fully signed up Vinyl Junkie and needs to take several sabbaticals a year to feed his addiction
